Shipping policy
It is our goal at Moonlight Book Box to ship all orders within 5-7 business days once a label has been printed. Once your package has shipped you will receive an email from us with a tracking number.
Boxes ship from the US. Domestic orders take about 3-7 business days to arrive once shipped. Shipping time does not include the 5-7 business days we are preparing your order. International orders can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive.
International Shipping:
Shipping fees vary for additional books and are based on weight. Please note, VAT is not applied to our book boxes as they are exempt. all border fees or import duties are at the responsibility of the receiver. Moonlight Book Box is not responsible for additional fees or duties upon delivery. Once delivery to the country has occurred, the customer is responsible for any international fees or duties applied. Any boxes returned to us due to the lack of payment will receive no refunds. The customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees.
